Shipping & delivery
- Rates are calculated live at checkout from your fabric weight and delivery address. Choose UPS, USPS, FedEx or (internationally) DHL Express and see the exact cost before you pay.
- Orders ship from our New York City Garment District location, and tracking is emailed once your order ships.
- International: we ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the recipient, and some countries require your tax ID for customs (enter it in the Tax ID / VAT field at checkout). International details
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns (limited)
- Returns are limited: we accept only uncut fabric in new condition, requested within 10 days of delivery and authorized in advance.
- Request a return authorization (RMA) first: call +1 (212) 868-0944 or email info@stretchhouse.com.
- A 25% restocking fee is deducted from every return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error was ours.
- Damaged or defective? Send us photos and we will email a prepaid return label.
