Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING METHOD

We use United Parcel Service (USPS) and FedEx for domestic delivery in the United States of America. We use Express Service (EMS) from FedEx  for International delivery. Estimated International Shipping changes can be calculated at www.FedEx.com (the actual shipping charges may differ). There are no handling charges. Because of our competitive lowest prices, there may be occasional heavy traffics in our shipping department. We request our customers to place your order ahead of time so you can get your fabrics delivered on time.

If we receive your order before noon, we will normally dispatch your order same day or within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment unless we have stated a different schedule on the website. The following delivery times are to be used as a guideline only. Please note we are not responsible for delivery times which are provided by the carrier. These delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

During busy periods, delivery can take up to 14 days for standard USPS post (excluding special delivery) and up to 28 days for International Signed For. Despite our best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as they may have tried to deliver your package, but we are unable to. Should you have not received your standard delivery within 14 days of dispatch then please contact us to report it.

BACK ORDERS

Our stock levels are updated regularly and generally, all products that are available to purchase from the store are in stock, however if an item is not in stock, or the quantity you ordered was greater than the stock available outstanding items will be placed on back order for you if possible. You will be contacted with an estimated dispatch date and will be given the option to cancel your order if preferable. We may also part ship your order with the view to complete it when the stock is available. If we are unable to supply any item we will refund payment and inform you via email or phone.

RETURN POLICY

All Sales are final. Because of our lowest price, we cannot offer any exchange or return once the fabric is cut from the roll according your order.
