Sewing Tips

Use a ballpoint needle (75/11). Use white polyester thread. Stretch stitch or serger for seams. A serger with a narrow rolled hem setting creates the cleanest edge finish for white spandex garments. Hand wash cold for white items to preserve color — machine washing with other fabrics can cause pilling or slight yellowing over time.
